We appreciate your understanding that we can only accept cancellations in writing.

"Non-Refundable-Rate"
In the event of cancellation, change or no-show, you pay the full price.

"Standard-Rate"
Following cancellation fees are charged in the event of cancellation or changes:
- Up to 30 days before arrival: no charge
- From 30 days up to 14 days before arrival: 30% of basis booked
- From 14 up to 7 days before arrival: 70% of basis booked
- Within the final week before arrival: 100% of the basis booked
In the event of "no show" or early departure: 100% of nights booked

Miha Lodging Services recommends arranging a good travel and cancellation insurance.

Check-in is possible between 4:00 p.m and 8:00 p.m.
If you plan to arrive outside these times, please inform us in advance.

Check-out is before 10:00 a.m.

On request we deliver a richly filled breakfast basket to the door of your apartment.

After unloading your luggage, you can park your car on a free public parking space, which is about 250 meters away from Haus Veronika

All our apartments are non-smoking.

Pets on request and extra costs allowed in some of our apartments.

For security reasons and fire regulations, under no circumstances is it permitted to use the apartment for more persons than it is furnished to accommodate. In deviation from this rule, we permit the maximum number of persons to be extended by one baby (0-9 months) sleeping in a child’s cot.
